LOYALTY DISCOUNT
Current families who complete the 2024-25 Enrollment Agreement and pay the required deposit ($1,800) during the Priority Re-Enrollment Period (Feb. 1 – 14) will enjoy a $300 discount on tuition.
EARLY PAY DISCOUNT
Tuition paid in full will be discounted based on the following schedule (as long as no other outstanding balances exist).
- Payment in Full by 2/29 = $300 discount
- Payment in Full by 4/1 = $200 discount
- Payment in Full by 4/30 = $100 discount
SIBLING DISCOUNT
Families with more than one student at St. Stephen’s enjoy a $700 discount for each additional student. For example, enroll a second child and receive a discount in the total amount of $700; enroll a third child and receive a discount in the total amount of $1,400.
FEES
- Online application fee: $147
- One-time new student fee: $500
- Non-refundable deposit: $1,800 (applied to tuition)
Please note that the enrollment process must be completed and the non-refundable deposit ($1,800) must be received in order to secure your child’s seat. For new students, St. Stephen’s follows the HAIS Common Reply Date. The deposit is non-refundable, but applied to tuition for the academic year specified in the Enrollment Agreement.
TUITION REFUND PLAN
In use at over 1,200 leading independent schools and colleges, the Tuition Refund Plan refunds a portion of the net annual tuition when the student is withdrawn or dismissed for covered reasons. All families electing to pay tuition in installments are required to purchase the Tuition Refund Plan at the rate of 1.5% of outstanding tuition and fees for the 2024-25 academic year, as reduced by the enrollment deposit, discounts, tuition remission, financial aid, and other reductions.
