Carpool Times

Drop-off and pick-up times are provided below. School is in session after Morning Carpool until the Full Day or End of School Day Carpool. Orientation and Primary families may opt for Half Day. Please note that the Half Day option is not available for Kindergarten students.

**Morning Carpool will operate from 7:55 am – 8:15 am**

**Families seeking to drop off or pick up students outside of carpool times should proceed to Main Reception at 1805 W Alabama**

Orientation Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Before Care (drop off): starting at 7:30 am 
  • Morning Carpool (drop off): 7:55 – 8:15 am
  • Half Day Carpool (pick up): 11:30 am 
  • Full Day Carpool (pick up): 2:30 pm 
  • Gap Care (pick up): no later than 3:30 pm at the Main Reception at 1805 West Alabama
  • After Care (pick up): no later than 5:30 pm in front of Pecore Hall at 1800 Sul Ross
  • The fee for late pick ups is $20 plus $1 per minute. 

Primary Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Before Care (drop off): starting at 7:30 am 
  • Morning Carpool (drop off): 7:55 – 8:15 am 
  • Half Day Carpool (pick up): 11:45 am
  • Full Day Carpool (pick up): 2:45 pm
  • Gap Care (pick up): 3:30 pm at the playground gate or the exit ramp at 1822 Sul Ross
  • After Care (pick up): no later than 5:30 pm at the playground gate or the exit ramp at 1822 Sul Ross
  • The fee for late pick ups is $20 plus $1 per minute. 

Elementary Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Before Care (drop off): starting at 7:30 am
  • Morning Carpool (drop off): 7:55 – 8:15 am 
  • End of School Day Carpool (pick up): 3:30 pm
  • After Care (pick up): no later than 5:30 pm in front of Pecore Hall at 1800 Sul Ross
  • The fee for late pick ups is $20 plus $1 per minute. 

Middle Years Drop Off and Pick Up

  • Before Care (drop off): starting at 7:30 am
  • Morning Carpool (drop off): 7:55 – 8:15 am
  • End of School Day Carpool (pick up): 3:30 pm
  • After Care (pick up): no later than 5:30 pm in front of Pecore Hall at 1800 Sul Ross
  • The fee for late pick ups is $20 plus $1 per minute. 

Early Dismissal Pick Up

  • Orientation Carpool (pick up): 11:30 am
  • Primary Carpool (pick up): 11:45 am
  • Elementary and Middle Years Carpool (pick up): 12:00 pm

 

Carpool Locations

Orientation 1, 2, and 3: Please enter the Sul Ross parking lot (1800 Sul Ross) from Woodhead. Orientation families must queue in the right lane (closest to the main building).  

Primary 1, 2 and 3: Please approach carpool from Woodhead, turning onto Sul Ross, heading west. Allow your child to disembark at the marked locations in front of the houses at 1822 and 1826 Sul Ross, only.  

Lower Elementary 1: Please approach carpool from Woodhead, turning onto Sul Ross, heading west. Allow your child to disembark at the marked locations in front of the houses at 1822 and 1826 Sul Ross, only.  

Lower Elementary 2: Please enter the Sul Ross parking lot (1800 Sul Ross) from Woodhead. Lower El 2 families must queue in the left lane. Please drop off your student ONLY AT THE CROSSWALK. Do not allow your student to walk between the cars.  

Upper Elementary: Please enter the Sul Ross parking lot (1800 Sul Ross) from Woodhead. Upper El families must queue in the left lane. Please drop off your student ONLY AT THE CROSSWALK. Do not allow your student to walk between the cars.  

Middle Years: Please enter the Sul Ross parking lot (1800 Sul Ross) from Woodhead. Middle Years families must queue in the left lane. Please drop off your student ONLY AT THE CROSSWALK. Do not allow your student to walk between the cars.
