Join the PTO in the Havens Center at 8:20 a.m. after drop-off for our first PTO meeting of 2025. They will discuss committee updates, upcoming events, and much more. Your voice and input are always welcome!

The PTO is officially kicking off PTO committee sign-ups for the remainder of this school year and beyond. Whether your passion is fundraising, teacher appreciation, community service, or organizing fun family events, there’s a place for you! Joining a committee is a great way to connect with fellow parents and make a meaningful impact.

Mark your calendars! Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Friday, February 21st. As the date approaches, you will receive an email from your child’s teacher with a sign-up link to schedule your conference time.

Please note that for 1st grade and up, students are expected to attend their conference alongside their parents.

To ensure a smooth and safe arrival and dismissal process, please review our carpool procedures:

🚗 Morning Carpool runs from 8:00-8:15 AM. If you arrive after 8:15 AM, you must park and escort your child to the front desk. Teachers will be engaged in instruction and cannot open doors or gates after this time. Please do not use the Montessori house doorbells during the school day—these are for Extended Care only and will not be answered during class time.

🚙 Afternoon Carpool times are as follows:

• 2:30-2:45 PM – Orientation
• 2:45-3:00 PM – Primary
• 3:30-3:45 PM – Elementary & Middle Years

If you arrive after carpool has ended, your child will be taken to Aftercare, and you will need to pick them up from there.

📌 Carpool Etiquette & Safety

• No cell phone use in the carpool line.
• Drive cautiously and follow staff directions.
• Stay in your car unless otherwise directed.
• Always proceed to the end of the line rather than stopping short.
• If you wish to walk your child in, please park and escort them to their classroom.

Current toddler students can continue their Montessori journey in a familiar and nurturing environment. With a focus on skill-building, exploration, and creativity, children will enjoy meaningful connections, outdoor play, and hands-on learning.

🎨 PRIMARY CAMP (Ages 3-6)

Each week brings a new themed adventure—from live reptile encounters and magical science experiments to superhero training, Australian explorations, and fairy tale fun! Campers will create, discover, and enjoy special guests, hands-on activities, and endless summer excitement.
