Students in Kindergarten and Above are invited to submit their SOLO INSTRUMENTAL PERFORMANCE ONLY to Ms. Grace via this form. Please provide as much information as possible. Auditions and practice will be held during school hours.

I hereby submit the above instrumental performance for inclusion in Las Posadas. I am aware that all performances are subject to approval by SSESH administration. I understand that the approval of parents is also necessary for all performers and separate permission forms may be required.
